Services
There are a great number of services in Scotland that work with people experiencing domestic abuse, and many of these services are already working with lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people who have experienced or are experiencing domestic abuse.
There may need to be increased awareness of some of the specific issues that affect LGBT people experiencing domestic abuse within service provider organisations, and that is something that this website, and the LGBT Domestic Abuse project in general, can help with.
There are some services which will only support women, some which will support both women and men and a small number that are for men only. These have been separated into services for women and services for men for ease of reference.
